Level 5: Connecting the Dots – 2 Day Training

Each Day Of Registered Yoga Teacher Training Will Consist Of 12 Hours.

It is time to join and connect the dots in Level 5 with what you have learned in all of your previous yoga training. Learn how to use the external knowledge and insight you have gained in your own practice to stay present in moment with not only yourself but with your students. More challenging yoga asanas will be addressed at a more in-depth perspective.

What This Program Includes:

  • Instruction on creating an effective yoga business.
  • Review of all methodologies in Level 1 thru Level 4.
  • Connect of anatomy to the therapeutic aspects of the yoga practice including meditation.
  • Refine communication, verbal cues, and hands on adjustment.
  • Students will create a  mock class to teach for informative feedback.
  • Instruction on how to bring all of it together create confidence in oneself as a teacher.

Level 4: Your Authentic Self – 2 Day Training

Each Day Of Registered Yoga Teacher Training Will Consist Of 12 Hours.

Reflecting inward and self-acceptance of our authentic self, many times will be the most challenging and difficult things we face. In this 2 day training learn ways of applying the 7 chakras with a modern western day approach. Learn traditional yoga implementation of meditation to tap into our intuition, and the correlation of the physical body.

What This Program Includes:

  • Principles of meditation and how to incorporate within your teaching programs.
  • Personality tests and doshas will be discussed.
  • Detailed instruction of meditation and health benefits and advanced breath techniques.
  • Explanation of 7 Chakras and the mind/body connection associated with the central nervous system.
  • Connection of various asanas and the Chakras.
  • How to incorporate the Chakras into class and theme classes around the Chakras.
  • Instruction of the therapeutic uses of a yoga practice and how to incorporate in class to enhance students experience.
  • How to create a home practice.
