I know that I want a healthy, long, active life. If I keep pushing myself to my “edge” many times it will set me back. Don’t get me wrong, I personally believe that you need a more vigorous yoga practice as well. They all provide benefits and are all needed to Balance us out.
Many of those who practice yoga, they start practicing for numerous different reasons. Most of which are for the physical. Whether it’s to help you feel better and combat your pain, or to look better in those new jeans you got last year and are struggling to get back into this fall. Let’s face it. We are all vain and would doesn’t want to look good in our jeans?
